How it works

In order to create your customised nutritional plan, I will ask you to complete a questionnaire detailing your exact goals, training history, training style, nutritional practices, and any food allergies or intolerances. I also ask you to submit statistics such as height and weight, along with pictures illustrating your current physical form.

You will then receive your customised nutritional strategy. This will outline your own unique set of macronutrient guidelines – a target number of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and fibre to consume each day.

Alongside your nutritional outline, you will receive regular suggestions and feedback regarding your training methodologies, training ‘split’, volume and intensity. I will encourage you to submit videos for technique correction and improvement.

When applicable, you will also receive cardiovascular activity guidelines. The method, duration and intensity level required will all be outlined.

The modes of cardio will be dependent on the nutritional strategy in place, and will be designed for maximal fat loss combined with maximal muscle retention.

You will be advised of any sports or health supplements I deem pertinent to help you towards your goals.

All supplement recommendations are independent of any sponsorship affiliations. I will never suggest the use of any nutritional supplements if I do not believe they have a positive impact in guiding you towards your goals.

Upon receipt of your plan, all clients are entitled to a free 30 minute Skype consultation to discuss any and all aspects of the plan. Further Skype consultations are available upon request.

Once you commence your plan, you will check in once weekly via e-mail to assess your progress. This check-in will include pictures and detail any changes in bodyweight, hunger levels, energy levels, along with any other information I deem necessary.

You will also submit a full summary of macronutrient numbers achieved through the week, via an Excel Spreadsheet which I will provide when you commence your plan.

With this information I will make the necessary adjustments to your plan to keep you progressing towards your goals at the optimal rate.

All clients also receive my personal telephone number, through which I am available daily via text message or ‘WhatsApp’ for any questions requiring a more immediate response.
