I offer personal training in the privacy of your own property in The Algarve.
Following an extensive consultation and assessment with myself, I will carefully design your training
sessions and supply you with an accompanying fitness plan.
Using an array of equipment, including kettlebells, resistance bands, boxing pads and much more,
I will provide challenging, stimulating and effective workouts designed specifically for your goals.
For anyone wishing to work with me in a gym environment, I also provide 1-2-1 and paired
training in several of the Algarve’s best gyms.
